LEADERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This document outlines the mandatory components of our Leadership program:

This leadership program exists because we see your potential and we chose you for more than just getting work done. This is not admin support. This is career growth. Your Team Leader and our company are putting real time and real money into you during work hours because we believe you can grow into something bigger. The training and coaching are part of your role. They are not optional and they are not extra. Staying up to date with the program matters just as much as the day to day work because it makes you stronger in how you think, communicate, and lead.

This opportunity is paid for you, not by you. That shows how much belief and trust is behind it. Most people never get this kind of support. We expect you to treat it as a priority. When you stay engaged, you grow faster, your Team Leader benefits, and your career moves forward in a way most virtual assistants never experience.

Some of the expectations are: 

Monthly Live Training: All virtual assistants must attend.

Weekly Assignments: Completion is required.

Daily Support: Engage with daily support resources.

Participation in this program is mandatory.
